Quinn Plastics …. Simply ‘Untouchable’!
Quinn Plastics are proud to announce that our Quinn Cast material was recently used in a project application for the new Girls Aloud video ‘Untouchable’.
The material was supplied via one of our distributors Plastics Plus to a company called Project Plastics based in Colchester. Project Plastics were commissioned by Machine Shop to fabricate two 1800mm diameter acrylic domes (hemispheres) which were big enough for the girls to step into. The material used was clear Quinn Cast 10mm, which was deemed the ideal choice of material for this particular application due to its excellent optical clarity, high impact strength and ease of fabrication.
Machine Shop then turned the Quinn Cast spheres into spaceships to compliment the space age theme of the video.
